END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE EVENTSYNC APPLICATION. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
1. Definitions
"Application" means the EventSync software application for iOS devices. "Server Software" means the EventSync Server software that runs on macOS and coordinates content delivery to connected devices. "Licence" means the right to connect the Application to a licensed Server Software instance. "Licensor" means EventSync Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
2. Licence Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the Application on compatible iOS devices for the purpose of connecting to a validly licensed EventSync Server.
3. Restrictions
You shall not: Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application or Server Software; Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Application or Server Software; Use the Application with unlicensed Server Software; Attempt to circumvent any licence validation or copy protection mechanisms.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION AND SERVER SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EVENTSYNC LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
